have to select a plan on file from Quality Homes?
A- You may choose your own plan or you
can use one of the many plans that we have on file. We are
a true custom builder. Our goal is to design the home that
fits your wants and needs.
Q- Does Quality Homes have a warranty?
A- Each home comes with a one year limited
warranty against defective material and workmanship in combination
with Manufacturers warranties on many products that we use
in our homes.
Q-How does a Quality Home compare to a site built house?
A- We build to the same building codes
as site built homes. Along with internal quality control
checks throughout the building process our homes are inspected
by state inspectors to insure code compliance. Our homes
are built in a factory which protects the home from the harmful
effects of snow and rain. This building process also helps
reduce delays allowing your home to be completed sooner then
a traditional site built home.
